Approval Contract

There is no charge for signing this contract.

 In order to move forward with your order, please read the following and agree.

By signing this agreement or replying "Approved", I acknowledge that I have reviewed the artwork proof and authorize The T-Shirt Lady to begin production.

I understand and agree that:

• The mock-up shown is the design that will be printed, including artwork, spelling, sizing, colors, and placement.
• I am responsible for reviewing and approving all names, dates, spelling, grammar, phone numbers, and artwork before production begins.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, garment materials, ink, and the printing process.
• Slight variations in print size and placement are normal and are not considered defects.
• Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
• Because each item is custom made, approved orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error made by The T-Shirt Lady.

By approving this proof, I confirm that I have reviewed the design in its entirety and authorize production.
